Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the following states: New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES
All goods FOB shipping point unless specifically quoted otherwise. Entire costs of any premium transportation will be borne by the customer.
Shortages must be reported within 48 hours. Freight claims for lost and damaged goods should be taken up directly with the delivering carrier, with the exception of UPS, and then it will go through us. Credits or refunds will be made as received from our source.
Servicesemcor.com offers FREE shipping to NJ, Greater Philadelphia, PA, and the 5 boros of New York. Customers outside our free shipping area can choose UPS Ground shipping and appropriate charges will be added to the sale.
If you need faster shipping, you may select to have Semcor contact you. By choosing to have Semcor contact you, shipping charges will be charged separately to your account by your Semcor sales representative and will not appear on your internet sales receipt at time of purchase.

RETURNED GOODS
Goods may not be returned without our consent. Semcor has restocking charge for returned goods. CHARGE SALES - applicable invoice must accompany all material returns.
CASH SALES - applicable sales receipt must accompany all returns. No credit will be given without receipt.
MATERIAL RETURNS - must be in reusable condition and in original cartons.
SPECIAL ORDERS & NON-STOCK ORDERS - Non-stock or special order material may not be returned until the vendor issues the authorization.
Credit will not be issued to the customer until the credit is received from the vendor on non-stock or special order material.
RESPONSIBILITY
Our liability is limited only to the value of the defective merchandise.
We assume no liability for labor, injury to persons or property, or other damages.

WARRANTY
All tools or equipment are warranted to be manufactured free from defects and workmanship.
Semcor Equipment sole obligation under the warranty is limited to replacement or credit, to the extent of manufacturer's warranty, if found to be defective by Semcor Equipment or the manufacturer as appropriate.
Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse or alteration in the judgment of Semcor Equipment and or the manufacturer.
