Semcor will now support specifically designated manufacturers by providing a complete backup service for their products purchased at any of our locations. This service will include 100% no-risk guarantee, free replacements, quick repair turn around, and discounted rentals to back up the tools and equipment we highlight as the best in their class. Our intent is to give our customers enough confidence to place their order without worrying about the problems often involved in purchasing and maintaining a leet of tools and equipment.

Any tool purchased under ServiceSemcor Warranty will receive the following Satisfaction Guarantee:

30-day no-risk satisfaction guarantee
No-charge replacement if returned within 60 days for any defect not caused by abuse.
No-charge rental replacement for any tool returned for repair under manufacturer warranty for the length of the manufacturers warranty.
For the life of the tool or piece of equipment we will offer a 20% rental discount on a replacement unit while customer's unit is being repaired.
An Immediate Action accelerated repair: 48-hour estimates, and 72-hour repairs, for all tools returned to Semcor for repair, for the life of the tool.

30-Day No-Risk Satisfaction Guarantee
This policy guarantees that customers would be fully satisfied with their purchase. Tools and/or equipment purchased under the ServiceSemcor warranty program qualify for the 30-day no-risk guarantee. If a customer is not satisfied with the performance of the item for any reason, Semcor will take back that item for full credit.

No-Charge Replacements
We at Semcor are going one step further with "ServiceSemcor" to keep our customers satisfied. For 60 days, we will replace any tool or equipment under warranty. For the rest of the manufacturer's warranty, we will provide a no charge rental replacement for that exact unit while the tool is being fixed.

This policy applies to all power tools, hand tools, and powered equipment specifically designated as a ServiceSemcor warranty product. A list of all manufacturers that qualify accompanies this document. Not every product we stock of these manufacturers will qualify, only specific tools and equipment. For example, accessories and support materials are not covered.

20% Rental Discount
Finally, for the lifetime of the tool purchased under ServiceSemcor warranty, Semcor will provide a rental replacement for that specific tool while it is in for repair at a 20% discount.
